Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our golf footwear. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached. Customized products (personalized embroidery, special orders) cannot be returned.
Return Timeframes
- Standard Returns: 30 days from delivery date
- Extended Holiday Returns: Purchases made November 15 – December 25 may be returned until January 31
- Final Sale Items: Marked as non-returnable at checkout
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Enter your order number and email
- Select items for return
- Print prepaid USPS label (U.S. orders only)
- Ship within 14 days of authorization
Exchange Options
- Size Exchanges: Free processing for same style
- Color Exchanges: Subject to availability
- Spike System Changes: Must return complete shoe
Refund Processing
- 5-7 business days after we receive return
- Original payment method only
- $8.95 return fee deducted for international orders
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or soiled footwear
- Products without original box
- Gift cards
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
Performance Warranty
Manufacturing defects covered for 90 days:
- Submit claim via Warranty Portal
- Include dated receipt and defect photos
- Return shipping covered by us
Pro Shop Purchases
Items bought at golf retailers must be returned to original store.
